Allied Environmental Inc. owner, a Shelby Township asbestos removal and abatement company, along with two of employees, have been charged by the Michigan Attorney General's Office with illegally transporting and disposing hazardous liquid industrial waste.
Dennis Szulborski, and employee Sean MacLean where charged, the third person responsible has unknown whereabouts.
Multiple 55-gallon drums and five-gallon buckets of waste were discovered in the Washington Township fields. Investigators traced the waste to a storage facility used by Allied.
